Tiongnam Logistics Solutions Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Supervisor in Johor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations across various sites. If you have hands-on skills in repair work, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance and repair tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, cement work, and roof leak repairs.
• Conduct corrective service, repair, and restoration works as needed.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the work of external contractors.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance inspections.
• Analyze problems and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime during repair work.
• Monitor and supervise site work and other maintenance-related activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and machinery on-site to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify that delivered maintenance materials meet specified requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, progress photos, and site measurements.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills Requirements

• Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to write simple reports for daily operations.
• Strong experience in civil and plumbing work, both supervisory and hands-on.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to manage shifts and attend to site emergencies as needed.
• Skilled in carrying out general and emergency repairs effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional or Technical Certificate/Diploma in Vocational, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the construction or maintenance industry.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate availability to join is an added advantage.
