Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays.
Workforce Management
- Assign tasks and supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
- Provide guidance and technical support to site personnel.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resources are available for planned activities.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
