Job Description

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in managing, configuring, and securing Linux-based servers and cloud infrastructure
  • (AWS, Azure, GCP). This position bridges traditional Linux administration with modern cloud-native practices, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across systems.

    key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers andnetworking components.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (QEMU/KVM) and integratewith cloud APIs.
  • Cloud Operations
  • Set up and manage public/private cloud environments.
  • Balance workloads across distributed systems forscalability and resilience.
  • Automation & Scripting
  • Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioningusing Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl).
  • Streamline configuration management and system updates.
  • Security & Monitoring
  • Apply patches and updates to maintain system security.
  • Monitor performance and reliability
    Virtualization & Scalability
  • Oversee hypervisors and containerized workloads.
  • Ensure systems are optimized for growth and agility.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Linux Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinuxOS; RHCE or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS,Azure, or GCP.
  • Networking: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS,and web architecture.
  • Scripting: Ability to write Shell,Python, or Perl scripts for automation.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset witha focus on performance optimization and security.
