Quantitative Finance and Capital Markets Technology Recruiter:

AEJ Consulting is expanding our Financial Services team and we’re looking for a high-performing Recruiter to specialise in Quantitative Finance and Capital Markets Technology across Asia.

This is a delivery-focused position - clients are provided, and your focus will be on execution, quality, and speed rather than business development. You’ll work closely with AEJ’s established portfolio of Tier-1 banks, hedge funds, and trading firms, executing mandates across quant trading, algo development, risk technology, and market data platforms.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Run full-cycle recruitment across Singapore, Hong Kong, and wider APAC.

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Source and assess top talent across quant, trading, and tech disciplines.

Manage interviews, offers, and placements end-to-end.

Provide market insights and benchmarking data to clients.

Job requirements

2-5 years of agency recruitment experience in Financial Services / Quantitative Finance / Capital Markets Technology.

Proven track record delivering high-quality placements.

Interest in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, and data-driven roles.

Fluent in English and Mandarin required

Singaporeans and Singaporean PR preferred
