• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work progress is aligned with project schedules.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on site matters.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular updates, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of site records, including delivery orders, inspection reports, work permits, and site instructions.
• Arrange and attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support project teams in tracking project milestones and completion deadlines.
• Monitor site issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Assist with site access arrangements, visitor coordination, and site administrative matters.
• Maintain good communication flow between site and head office.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum experience in site coordination, project administration, or construction/engineering environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
