Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing production staff, monitoring processes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet production targets and schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.
- Lead, guide, and monitor production operators and technicians on the production floor.
- Ensure proper work allocation, manpower planning, and shift management.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs or troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production reports, including output, downtime, and rejection rates.
- Implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and develop production staff to improve skills and performance.
- Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping practices in the production area.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 1–2 years supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage production deadlines.
- Willing to work shift schedules when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or automated production lines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
- Familiar with production planning and reporting systems.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
