• Monitor production operations
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly according to the production plan and target output.
• Manage operators and technicians

Supervise and guide production operators, including attendance, discipline, and performance.Make sure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.Identify and resolve problems related to machines, processes, or product defects.Prepare daily production reports such as output, downtime, and reject rate.Ensure employees follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and organized workplace.Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and performance.
