Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisted clients with trading-related enquiries, account matters, T+3 positions, and provided support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Supported daily operational activities, monitored market updates, and shared relevant market information to enhance client engagement and business opportunities.
- Developed practical knowledge of trading platforms, technical and fundamental analysis, and risk management by analyzing market data and monitoring clients' portfolios and risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong desire to succeed
- Meticulous
- Able to adapt to different projects & deadlines
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
