Job description:

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained warehouse environment.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, goods receiving, storage, material movements, and order fulfilment.
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, process material requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in SAP.
• Verify incoming materials, support quality inspection processes, and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, and prepare operational reports and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years related working experience in warehouse and logistics in manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to learn new software/system applications as needed for performing the assigned tasks.
• Experience of SAP OPO module or equivalent is preferable
• Proficiency with Supply Chain Management.
• Forklift driving certificate.
