About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to support the implementation and operationalization of a new procurement platform (OF). This role will play a critical part across pre-go-live preparation, UAT execution, and post go-live business-as-usual (BAU) support

.Key Responsibilitie

sPre-Go Live Preparatio

• nPerform data clean-up in the existing P2P system and prepare a validated list of open Purchase Orders (POs) for migration, including supporting documentatio
• nConduct verification and reconciliation of migrated data within O
• FExtract and validate Group IT Contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) from the current P2P syste

mUAT Preparation & Executio

• nDevelop and execute UAT test cases for sourcing, contract management, and PR/PO processe
• sCreate and maintain IT Contracts and SOWs within O
• FDraft end-to-end SOPs and conduct procurement training sessions for Group IT Project Manager
• sDevelop standardized RFx templates and communication materials for vendor engagemen
• tCompile and structure catalog items (e.g., resource augmentation, cabling, etc.) for system setu
• pSupport vendor onboarding by addressing queries related to the supplier portal and invoice submission proces

sPost Go-Live / BAU Suppor

• tManage and resolve queries from vendors and internal stakeholders (IT PMs
• )Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely vendor payment
• sEnsure smooth operational continuity with no disruption to business processe

sRequirement

• sBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• sMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or related function
• sProven experience in data cleansing, reconciliation, and migration activitie
• sStrong understanding of procurement processes and contract management framework
• sHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• sAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen
• tStrong stakeholder management, communication, and training delivery skill
• sResilient, adaptable, and resourceful mindse
