Business Strategy & Growth
- Identify and drive new growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, and markets.
- Develop business strategies aligned with company goals to scale revenue and market presence.
- Set clear KPIs and align team objectives with overall business targets.
Performance Management & Data-Driven Decisions
- Analyze internal performance data and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee P&L performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
Operations & Process Optimisation
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient use of manpower, systems, and supply chain resources.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent is preferred only.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with mandarin-speaking partners and vendors.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Must be experience in leading a team.
- Willing to travel into Singapore when required.
- Must be able to work with the operation teams to provide support during some weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,700.00 - RM10,700.00 per month
