Responsibilities:
- Compiling and tracking status to ensure that all forms are duly signed and submitted to the respective divisions/departments/units.
- Maintaining filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
- Involving in Customer service or client management.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team on the shipment of goods and assist in preparing shipping documents.
- Other duties assigned by the immediate superior or management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Being proactive and flexible.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
