RHB Banking Group Hiring! Full Time Team Member, DCM in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Team Member (DCM) team at RHB Bank. In this role, you’ll support relationship management, assist in originating and executing investment banking and corporate banking deals, and work closely with internal partners to deliver capital market solutions for clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist Head / Team Head manage relationships with Malaysian corporate group to secure investment banking and corporate banking deals.
• Cooperate with IB business pillar departments on originate and execute deals.
• Work closely with DCM and Treasury to place bonds / Sukuk for clients.
• Develop, review and improve manual, procedures, policies, guidelines and work process.
• Ensure high standard of integrity and compliance of all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Display teamwork and work closely with other product partners and other senior management personnel at all times.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in finance, economics, business, or an equivalent field.
• Strong interest in debt capital markets and investment banking.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• High integrity and strong awareness of compliance requirements.
