Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive . The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support month-end closing activities, and assist in preparing financial reports while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Description

• Handle & verify supplier invoices
• Match invoices with PO & delivery notes
• Process payments (GIRO, IBG, DuitNow, TT)
• Communicate with suppliers on payment matters
• Maintain proper records & documentation
• Support month-end closing & reporting

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1–2 years experience (Fresh grads encouraged!)
• Basic SST & accounting knowledge
• Familiar with accounting software (SQL) & Excel
• Detail-oriented & able to meet deadlines
• Good communication in Mandarin, English & BM
• Able to speak Mandarin (preferred) (to liaise with suppliers)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
