Key Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions.
• Perform a variety of beauty treatments for clients as required.
• Promote and sell membership packages, products, and services.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to supervisors on sales performance, customer feedback, and product recommendations.
• Keep updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments.
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the counter at all times.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and with a pleasant personality.
