Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, business performance analysis, and ensuring effective financial controls. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.
• Support strategic planning and business decision-making through financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
