Job Responsibilities:

BASED : JOHOR

• GT Invoicing & Credit Note Processing (Daily)
• Issue invoices and ensure data accuracy between Mforce and Asoft systems.
• Receive delivered invoices from the Logistics Department.
• Issue credit notes and ensure both systems (Mforce and Asoft) are updated accordingly.
• Distribute customer and seller copies of invoices to the respective sales personnel.
• DOB Invoice Processing & Credit Note Issuance (Daily)
• Print DOB invoices and forward them to the Warehouse Department.
• Confirm invoices and import them into Asoft, ensuring consistency between Mforce and Asoft.
• Perform GRN verification after delivery by matching records with Mforce and Asoft invoices.
• Arrange courier dispatch to PWR and maintain proper filing of related documents.
• Reporting (Monthly)
• Prepare and submit the Monthly DOB Report to the Finance Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
