ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Compensation Package:

• Basic Salary: RM2,100
• Night Shift Allowance: RM300
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM400
• Public Holiday Pay: Double Rate
• Overtime Payment (When Required)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Assist customers with service-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow established customer service procedures
• Work closely with team members to achieve service targets

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Completed SPM / UEC / SKM Level 3 / SVM Level 3 / IGCSE
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts

Working Schedule:

• 6 working days per week
• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
