Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MES Engineer to join our team in driving digital transformation and smart manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), integrating MES with ERP systems, and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, maintain, and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Integrate MES with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Develop and maintain APIs for system integration and data exchange.
• Provide day-to-day MES support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Collaborate with production and operational teams to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience working in an MES manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with ERP integration, preferably SAP.
• API development and system integration experience.
• Understanding of databases and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and Smart Manufacturing technologies is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
