Franchise Development Executive

Department: Business Development
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month

Job Summary

The Franchise Development Executive supports the company's franchise growth initiatives by generating and qualifying franchise leads, engaging prospective franchisees, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with the franchise sales process. This role works closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve franchise expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on franchise leads through various channels.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of prospective franchisees.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in franchise recruitment campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Prepare franchise information packs, proposals, and presentation materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and target locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners.
• Support the onboarding process of new franchisees.
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports for the Business Development Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or franchising is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel when required.
