MR. ABSORBER TTDI Shah Alam is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily workshop operations, customer service, staff coordination, documentation, and sales follow-up.
The candidate will assist the manager/owner in ensuring smooth daily operations, proper workflow, good customer handling, and achievement of monthly sales and service targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily workshop operations and workflow.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, quotations, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with mechanics on job progress and completion time.
- Prepare basic documentation, invoices, reports, and customer records.
- Monitor job status, pending cases, stock usage, and daily sales updates.
- Ensure customers receive proper explanation before and after service.
- Support sales target achievement through follow-up and customer retention.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and 5S practice at the workshop.
- Assist in staff attendance, task arrangement, and daily reporting.
- Handle basic problem-solving related to customer complaints or operation issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years working experience preferred.
- Experience in automotive workshop, customer service, sales, or operation is an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills such as WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheet, or POS system.
- Professional attitude when dealing with customers and team members.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
