Responsibilities

WE’RE HIRING

Project Assistant
R&A Logistic Solutions Sdn Bhd @ Kapar, Klang

We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (project experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations and documents
  • Monitor project timelines, progress and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and properly documented
  • Identify challenges and suggest improvements

Salary:
RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month

Benefits:

  • Annual Leave: 8 days (1st–2nd Year), 12 days (3rd–5th Year)
