1. Billing Processing
- Timely preparation of invoice and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all receipts are applied promptly and accurately to customer accounts.
2. Credit Risk Assessment
- Analyze customers' creditworthiness and financial stability.
- Maintain credit policies and procedures.
3. Accounts Management
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts.
- Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and outstanding balances.
4. Collections
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment terms, outstanding invoices, and payment discrepancies
- Implement best practices for managing receivables and reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Regular update on credit control report to management, including aging reports and collection performance.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve any payment disputes or issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
6. Handle full set of accounts
