Job Requirement:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Min. 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or machine-related industries (glove-making is a plus) (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong mechanical setup, electrical setup and troubleshooting skills
• Able to read CAD schematic diagrams
• Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills are an advantage
• Experience in machine setup or maintenance is preferred
• Focus on AGV systems, Auto Stripping Machine
• Able to deal with China vendors

Job Responsibility:

• Perform electrical wiring, panel setup and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure successful commissioning of new equipment
• Train plant technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and PPE usage
• Work closely with the plant engineer, vendors and contractor
• Support data reporting, documentation (setup procedure, Preventive Maintenance procedure & checklist etc.)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Carry out any other duties as assigned
