Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily forwarding operations.
- Coordinate import and export shipments by sea, air, and land.
- Liaise with customers, shipping lines, carriers, customs agents, and government authorities.
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
- Lead and supervise forwarding operation staff.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of forwarding/freight forwarding experience.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in government systems (e.g. CUSTOMS K1/K2/K3/K8, e-Dagang, or related Malaysian Customs systems) is an added advantage.
