The Contract Manager (Quantity Surveyor) is responsible for leading the commercial, contractual, procurement, and cost management functions of property development projects from land acquisition and project feasibility through construction completion, handover, and defect liability period. The role supports the Developer's business objectives by ensuring developments are financially viable, costs are controlled, procurement strategies are optimized, contractual risks are managed, and project profitability targets are achieved.

To lead and manage the commercial, contractual, procurement, and cost management functions of property development projects, ensuring developments are delivered within approved Gross Development Cost (GDC), contractual risks are effectively managed, procurement strategies achieve best value, and project profitability objectives are maximized from feasibility stage through project completion.
