JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible for daily and monthly accounts processing related work.
• Issue journals, update cash book, reconcile goods in transit and AP, PO reconciliation.
• Preparation and submission of accounting report.
• To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.
• Responsible to keep track petty cash.
• Responsible for the sorting and archiving of relevant vouchers or receipts.
• Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor when needed.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate.
• Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.
• 1 full time positions at ULU TIRAM, Johor

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
