A Warehouse Clerk manages inventory, processes shipments, and maintains accurate records in a warehouse, ensuring goods are properly received, stored, and shipped
- Prepare, verify, and file Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Purchase Requisitions, and Packing Lists.
- Update inventory levels and stock movement in the system
- Perform daily, weekly, or monthly stock counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Process incoming stock, inspect for damages/shortages, and prepare outgoing shipments by printing labels.
- Coordinate with the sales/admin department regarding stock levels, answer inquiries, and assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
- Perform basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming phone calls.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM, high school diploma, or equivalent, with 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP is highly valued.
- High attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills, effective communication, and teamwork.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
