Position: Human Resource Intern
Department: Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.
- Prepare interview documents and recruitment reports.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Assist in preparing employment-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and internship agreements.
- Ensure employee records are properly filed and organized.
Attendance & Leave Administration
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave applications, and absenteeism records.
- Update attendance and leave data in the HR system.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
Training & Development
- Assist in organizing staff training programs and activities.
- Prepare training attendance records and certificates.
- Collect and compile training evaluation feedback.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, and company events.
- Assist in preparing announcements and internal communications.
Payroll Support
- Assist in compiling payroll-related information such as attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Ensure supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.
HR Compliance & Administration
- Assist in ensuring HR documents comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the HR Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager or Human Resource Executive.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
