- Update Daily NPS
- EOD Report
- Do Approval Late Waiver, Paper bill waiver & Plan &Promo Case
- Manager Call Back / Potential complaints cases
- Monitor Breach & Warning Case nor Breach SLA
- Attend client's message in teams, own email + css mailbox
- Ensure agent provide MC // Opening Report // Lunch Break Agent
- Assign Case to Agent
- Attending Agent inquiry + Checking BOH Notes by Teams
WEEKLY TASK:
- SNK Teams Meeting
- Support Team Meeting with OM/HOD/HR
- Weekly Meeting with Email Team
- Arrange Coaching Session with Agent (Performance)
- Checking EBT Cubes weekly
- Update Weekly Individual NPS Agent
- Update ScoreCard Agent
MONTHLY TASK:
- Meet up & submit Scorecard Agent
- Agent Confirmation & Appraisal (If Necessary)
- Preparing data for Senoko Incentive
- MBR & QBR Report
ADHOC:
- Backup QA Calibration (Email)
- Investigation Report (If necessary)
- Help out Live chat Team (If Necessary)
- Covering GE or Processing Task (if Necessary)
- Covering VIP / VVIP or Solarshare Cases (if Necessary
- Any task assign by Client
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in and English (spoken and written).
- Prior Team Leader experience (voice, email, or live chat) preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
