The company, a leading façade and construction engineering industry specialize in façade design is actively looking for young and dynamic engineers to join as part of the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and update detailed 3D architectural, structural, or MEP models based on project specifications and LOD standards
• Generate accurate 2D shop drawings including plan, elevated 2D design , sections and details of the drawings.
• Collaborate with architect, engineers and other project stakeholders for the information updates.
• Ensure all information on design are updated and verified with accuracy followings industry standards.
• Detect clashes between subtrades and building systems.
• Coordinate with the project team and other support staff to complete the projects within the timeline and budget.
• Stay update with the latest version of BIM and ensure all the archiving are backed up and on a weekly cycles.
• Modify and maintain project updates throughout the entire construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement and project planning to ensure work progress smoothly.
• Adhere to project timelines and schedules for completion.
• Coach and guide junior staff for various BIM modules specified by projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in an architectural or related engineering discipline.
• With software proficiency such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD
• Strong technical know-how of construction methods, building systems, and engineering drawings
• Attention to detail with effective communication
• Posses Own Transport.
• Able to commence work at short notice
• Full time position based Kepong, Kuala Lumpr

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
