- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to standard recipes (training is provided).
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area following established cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safe handling and preparation of food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the coffee bar, preparing ingredients, and cleaning equipment.
