Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project team for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports, work progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or construction issues at site.
• Ensure project completion within timeline and quality requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination.
• Verify site measurements and work done by subcontractors.
• Ensure all site records and documentation are properly maintained.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
