Position Overview

The role supports program management activities within a manufacturing environment, focusing on coordinating product information, customer requirements, and project timelines to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to gather and confirm product requirements
• Develop and monitor project timelines for implementation
• Work closely with materials and production teams to ensure material readiness and MRP updates
• Support engineering changes and first article evaluation processes
• Prepare regular reports such as demand plans, backlog reports, and NRE reports
• Handle RMA processes and coordinate returns with internal teams and customers
• Manage cost-related matters including quotations, obsolescence, and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to company information security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Training

On-the-job training and other relevant training programs will be provided.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
