Job Description

Responsibilities

Important Notes:

- Klang branch estimate opening on July 2026.
- New staff need to training at Plaza Lowyat, KL first.
- Daily training allowance of RM20 will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and verify sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and targets.
  • Monitor stock movements and inventory levels.
  • Update stock records and system transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between branches and warehouse.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Support branch operations and administrative activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and service requests.
  • Follow up on customer-related documentation and records.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or SPM qualification with relevant working experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, retail operations, or inventory control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Autocount System will be added advantage
  • Familiarity with POS systems or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and proactive at works.

Working Details :

1. Work 6 Days + 1 Off Day
2. Work from 10am-6.30pm
3. Overtime payment accordingly.

1. Branch Sales Commission upon confirmation of status.
2. Overtime payment rate 1.5 on normal day
3. Overtime payment rate 2.0 on Public Holiday
