Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide information regarding company services, products, and procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Perform administrative and customer service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
