Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records by performing data entry, bookkeeping, and regular updates in the accounting system.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring daily cash flow, petty cash, and staff reimbursement claims.
• Prepare and compile supporting documents for audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, account summaries, and internal statements.
• Organise and manage accounting documents, filing systems, and financial records in compliance with audit requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to follow up on billing discrepancies or payment matters.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team for ad-hoc tasks as required.

We’re looking for someone who:

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with numbers.
• Good communication skills, especially when working with vendors and teammates.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (bonus if you’ve tried any!)
• A degree holder in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome—we’re happy to guide you as you grow!

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
