  • At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 6 years in offer and/or project management (as PMO or PM), with thorough knowledge of the entire program lifecycle.
  • Certified Project Management professional (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven project management skills, including interdepartmental coordination.
  • Expertise in risk management and ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach
