We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-savvy individual to join our growing team! If you love creating engaging content, staying updated with social media trends and turning ideas into impactful videos, we want you on our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Generate creative content ideas that align with the company's branding, products and marketing objectives.
• Script, shoot and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content and industry updates to produce relevant and engaging content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and quality standards.
• Assist in live sessions, product launches, events and marketing activities when required.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Content, Digital Media or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management or related field.
• Proficient in content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Confident in appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines effectively.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
• Strictly Malaysian citizens only.
