Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment, HR administration, training coordination, and employer branding activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various aspects of Human Resources and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare interview reports and recruitment documentation.

HR Administration

• Assist in preparing employment-related documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure proper filing of HR documents and records.

Research & Special Projects

• Conduct market research on HR trends and industry practices.
• Support psychometric assessment projects and talent management initiatives.
• Assist in special projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
