Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Content Creator will develop original concepts, scripts, and multimedia content tailored to Enotech’s projects across film, music, podcasts, and other creative initiatives. The role includes planning and producing engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns that align with brand and project goals. The Content Creator will collaborate closely with producers, directors, marketers, and external partners to refine story angles, maintain consistent messaging, and meet production timelines. Day-to-day work involves researching trends, drafting and revising copy, participating in creative meetings, and preparing content assets for distribution to regional and global audiences.


Qualifications

  • Strong content ideation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse formats (video, audio, social media, written campaigns).
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for digital platforms, including social media posts, scripts, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency with content planning and scheduling tools, and familiarity with social media and audience engagement best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and marketing teams, and to respond constructively to feedback.
  • Comfort conducting research on industry trends, audience preferences, and cultural contexts to inform content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in film, media, entertainment, or related creative industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Film, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
