Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for supporting pre-sales activities, promoting company products and services, and enhancing brand visibility through proactive outbound communication. This role involves engaging potential clients, explaining product information, handling enquiries, and assisting in digital promotion initiatives.

The candidate is expected to maintain proper lead tracking through internal documentation and provide regular updates to ensure effective follow-up and coordination within the team. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are essential to effectively engage with diverse customers.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and services to prospective clients.

· Handle pre-sales enquiries, identify customer needs, and qualify potential leads.

· Promote product features, pricing, packages, and ongoing campaigns effectively.

· Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to support the sales team.

· Assist in posting product updates, promotional content, and branding information on digital platforms.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up status using internal tracking sheets or shared documents.

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

· Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.

Job Qualification & Required Skill

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.

· Good understanding of sales processes and pre-sales coordination.

· Strong communication and persuasion skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet comfortable as part of a team.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Good command of English, Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
