YTL Cement Group Hiring! Full Time Executive - Administration (Based in Shah Alam) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Responsible for keeping track on all truck permits, licenses, vehicle ownership certificate (VOC), road tax and record. This includes applications, follow-up and monitoring.
• Application/renewals with KPDNKK for PDA and CSA licences.
• Keep and update record/ master list of all trucks & heavy equipment consisting of internal truck code, registration no., engine no., chassis no., model, BDM, manufactured year, road tax expiry date, Puspakom inspection date.
• Monitor road tax expiry date and Puspakom inspection date and remind fleet managers to arrange and prepare trucks for road tax renewal and Puspakom inspection.
• Keep and record all original VOC, APAD permit (STK), carrier license (lessen pembawa) and other official documents.
• Monitor expiry date of permits and licenses, and advise truck permits that require to apply for Ganti Kenderaan.
• Record and monitor expiry date of Ganti Kenderaan permit.
• Arrange necessary documentation for disposal of trucks and machineries.
• Application and follow up with APAD/KPDNKK and other government authorities etc.
• Other administrative duties and any admin/office work that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

• Minimum SPM or clerical certificate.
• Minimum 0 - 2 years’ experience in Admin
• Experience in commercial vehicle businesses will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
