Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Technical Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for customers, ensuring optimal product performance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, delivering customer support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client inquiries and enhance user experience
• Analytical Skills for identifying root causes and implementing efficient solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical information to non-technical users
• Prior experience in the geospatial technology or IT industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Singapore
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred
