Tech-Matrix Hiring! Full Time UAT Tester in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business and functional requirements to understand testing scope.
• Create and execute UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders during UAT cycles.
• Perform regression testing after defect fixes.
• Prepare UAT status reports and test evidence.
• Support business users during testing and obtain sign-off for production release.
• Ensure end-to-end business processes function as expected.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UAT, Functional, or SIT Testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create test cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
