Responsibilities
Location: Keramat, Kuala Lumpur
Industry : Established international logistics
Working Hour : 5.5 working days (normal hours), Off Sunday (OT if necessary)
Job Scope:
- Handle customs documentation such as K1, K2 & K9 declarations
- Ensure accuracy of Invoice, Packing List & AWB documents
- Assist in HS Code classification & customs valuation matters
- Support Sales Tax Exemption & FIZ-related documentation
- Liaise with Customs officers during inspections when required
- Maintain proper records for audit & compliance purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in logistic
- 1 year experience in shipping, logistics, or customs
- Able to handle documentation and follow procedures carefully
- Good communication & teamwork skills
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
