Job Description
- Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations specifically in areas such as logistic fulfilment, return & refund processes etc
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives
- Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
- Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence
- Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL
- Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred
- Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply
