We are actively seeking a professional and detail-oriented Quality Specialist for our Senai, Johor location.

• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, mass production, and outgoing inspections
• Inspect metal stamping parts to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Identify and report defects such as burrs, dents, scratches, and deformation
• Record and maintain accurate inspection data and documentation
• Work closely with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure closure of non-conformance
• Ensure products consistently meet customer requirements and quality standards during mass production
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality

• At least 1 year experience in QC/QA or inspection (metal stamping industry preferred)
• Familiar with metal stamping processes (blanking, bending, forming, piercing)
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Hands-on experience with measuring tools:
• Vernier caliper
• Micrometer
• Height gauge
• Dial gauge
• Knowledge of AQL and sampling inspection methods
• Basic understanding of material properties (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail with high quality awareness
• Responsible, independent, and able to follow SOPs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems
