Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Shah Alam. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of product management and related solutions, from market analysis and product planning to launch and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver competitive offerings. The role involves preparing product documentation, sales enablement materials, and performance reports, as well as monitoring product profitability and adoption. The Product Manager will also support pricing strategies, conduct product trainings, and ensure that solutions align with Ricoh’s quality, environmental, and compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, technical support, and operations.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and documentation skills for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and financial indicators.
  • Background or strong interest in document management solutions, office technologies, or related IT/solutions businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability; familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and basic understanding of digital transformation trends is beneficial.
