Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will responsible for supplier management and procurement execution, including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, and purchase order management across technical, equipment, and general purchasing categories to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and stable supply chain operations.

• Supplier development and management: responsible for developing new suppliers, establishing a stable supply chain, and managing supply risks.
• Professional procurement and negotiation: responsible for RFQ processes, as well as commercial negotiations and price discussions for equipment, fixed assets, and miscellaneous purchases.
• Diverse procurement categories: including technical items such as PCBA, hardware tools, molds and fixtures, and software licenses; equipment such as machinery and engineering projects; and commercial items such as computers, IT peripherals, and general administrative supplies.
• RFQ and sourcing process management: execute quotation, comparison, and negotiation processes to ensure cost competitiveness and quality.\
• Process control: handle purchase orders, process tracking, and settlement to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
